So like, I’m in the need of some php dev people and apart from the massive amount of Indians willing to move here it is becoming very difficult to find some developers. The funny thing is if you every meet a guy who is a dev, he tries to get you to join his team and that is what I do as well. Its a funny circle of nothingness.

oh well one day I will have the full team as needed.

yes yes, this is now my main topic as this is all I work with now adays, I am still planning to redo this site to be a cake site but need a great design / layout. hopefully will have picked all that soon and can start on the core.

once done I will have comments and all and maybe link to something like openid so that can handle the spam and all.

well that was just a quick thought, since I been talking all day about this stuff thought I would writing something down as well.

Thinking about making a cakephp version of this site, should be a good idea as then I would get more involved with it. Currently running wordpress and always find it limiting with what you can and cant do.

Going to start and see how far I get and also how easy it is to do the database migration and everything. If that is not too difficult then will do the swop over.
